That deserves to be in a frame!” We here at Livestock Framing don’t want you to keep that idea to yourself any longer. With our new #FrameWorthy campaign, we’ll announce a new theme each week and challenge you to tag the photos that deserve to be printed, framed and given a place of honor on your wall or bookshelf.
Every Monday, Livestock will choose a winner to receive a complimentary 9×12 print in a 13×16 frame in any one of our four colors. Winners will be notified via private message on Facebook or Instagram, and they can choose to frame the winning image or another photo altogether. We’ll then announce a new theme for the week, such as #FrameWorthyLove or #FrameWorthyFall.
OFFICIAL RULES
Livestock Framing #FrameWorthy Hashtag Contest.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at time of entry and natural persons who are legal residents of the United States of America. Entry in this contest constitutes acceptance of these official rules.
1. HOW TO ENTER: The “Livestock Framing #FrameWorthy Hashtag Contest” (the “Sweepstakes”) is a thematic contest, updated weekly, and conducted on Facebook and Instagram. Livestock (the “Sponsor”) will announce a new theme each Monday, and the Sweepstakes for that theme will conclude the following Sunday at 11pm PST. To enter, comment on a photo posted to Facebook or Instagram that applies to the weekly theme with the hashtag #FrameWorthy (“Submission”). The entrant can nominate any photo, whether it be their own or someone else’s. Participation in the Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
2. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION & PRIZE: Each Monday, a winner will be selected by Livestock, and they will be notified by private message on Facebook or Instagram. The winner will receive a complimentary 9×12 print in a 13×16 frame. The winner must be the original owner of the photograph they entered into the Sweepstakes, or have written approval from the owner of that photograph, in order to have that specific image printed and framed. Winner will have 14 days to claim their prize. If winner: (i) is determined to be ineligible by Sponsor for any reason, or (ii) otherwise fails to comply with or meet the requirements of the Official Rules, Winner shall be disqualified and another entry may be selected.
3. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Entrants agree Sponsor has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this Sweepstakes and that its decision is final and binding. Neither the failure of Sponsor to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Official Rules nor the failure, delay or omission by Sponsor in exercising any right with respect to any term of these Official Rules, will be construed as a waiver or relinquishment to any extent of Sponsor’s right to assert or rely upon any such provision or right in that or any other instance. Except where prohibited by law, entrants 18 years of age and older agree to allow use by the Sweepstakes Entities of their name, voice, photograph, likeness and any information provided, in any medium of communication and for any purpose (including advertising and promotional purposes), without further compensation, notice, review or approval. By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities and Facebook and Instagram from all liability, injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights, or property damage resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize, or from participation in and/or entry into or creation of an entry for the Sweepstakes and/or the broadcast or exploitation or use of entry or any other Sweepstakes-related activity. By entering, each entrant agrees and acknowledges that prize is offered “as is” and prize carries no warranty.
Entrants agree that Submissions shall not contain, include or involve any of the following:
• Obscenity
• Crude, vulgar or offensive pictures, depictions, images, language and/or symbols
• Gang signs or symbols
• Violence
• Explicit sexual activity
• Nudity
• Illegal drug or alcohol use
• Commercial products and/or their trademarks, brands, logos or endorsements
• License plates, phone numbers, personal addresses (physical or email or otherwise)
• Website or web page links
• Derogatory characterization of any ethnic, racial, sexual or religious groups
• Any other content, display, materials and/or images that is or could be considered inappropriate, unsuitable or offensive, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.
4. INTERNET, FRAUD, FORCE MAJEURE, AND PRIVACY: Sweepstakes Entities will not have any obligation or responsibility, including any responsibility to award any prize to entrants, with regard to: (i) entries that do not comply with the Official Rules; (ii) entries, prize claims or notifications that are late, incomplete, unintelligible or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, because of computer, human or technical error of any kind, including but not limited to, inactive email accounts or entrant’s failure to monitor his/her account; (iii) entrants who have committed fraud or deception in entering or participating in the Sweepstakes or claiming the prize; (iv) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (v) any inability of the winner to accept the prize for any reason; (vi) any interruptions or failure to award a prize because of Acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, weather or any other similar event beyond Sponsor’s control; or (vii) any damages, injuries or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from awarding, acceptance, possession, use, misuse, loss or misdirection of any prize or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or prize related activities. If for any reason, this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause which corrupts or threatens the administration, security or integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual its finds to be (i) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or with any website promoting the Sweepstakes; (ii) acting in violation of the Official Rules.

6. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. Sweepstakes rules shall be governed and enforced pursuant to Oregon law, excluding choice of law provisions. Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating in any way to this Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be brought only in the federal and state courts located in Portland, OR and entrants consent to mandatory and exclusive jurisdiction with respect to any such legal proceeding. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
